The location of this resort is absolutely fantastic. It's just a short walk from the main attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy all the fun. Plus, the pool area is amazing - perfect for kids and adults alike. And I can't forget to mention the lovely tropical grounds, they really add to the overall ambiance.

The rooms were a bit disappointing. They felt outdated and lacked the modern amenities I was expecting.

There is Pineapple Lanai serving quick meals 15 mins walk from the hotel. Incredible base for discovering Lake Buena Vista.

Great views from the balcony, convenient location near restaurants and shops, and excellent pool facilities. The room was clean and had two comfortable beds, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The lobby had a strong perfume odor that was overwhelming and unpleasant. , the hotel had trouble following up on some of our requests, and there were a few minor problems with the room.

You can also enjoy stunning views of the castle from certain areas of the hotel.

It is important to note that some areas of the hotel may be in need of maintenance, such as broken door wall latches and stains on walls, doors, and mirrors.
